  • Guided Meditation
  • Whether you are brand new to the practice of meditation or more experienced this class is a wonderful opportunity to sit in community.  We'll explore finding a comfortable seat as well as some instruction and tips on how to meditate. There is an opportunity afterward to ask questions and share experience. This class is donation-based. 

  • Open Level
  • Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Modifications and variations will be given for poses.
    Explore linking the movement to the breath in this open level vinyasa class.

  • Warm Vinyasa - Level I/II
  • A vinyasa flow set to a heat of about 75°F – 80°F.
    Level I/II is for intermediate experience in the foundational poses and those looking for Level II variations of poses for optional challenge. Both options are given.
    Create inner heat. Release. Let go.
